2.2 Paid Plans

SuperFounderPro subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.

2.3 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by law.

3. Data Processing

By uploading URLs, assets, videos, competitors, and text, you grant SuperFounderPro permission to:

• Process and analyze your data
• Generate insights, intelligence layers, and recommendations
• Store analysis results to support platform features

You retain ownership of your data.

4. AI-Generated Output

SuperFounderPro uses AI technologies to generate insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI may produce incorrect or incomplete outputs
• You are responsible for verifying decisions
• We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated results
• Outputs are provided "as is"

5. Intellectual Property

SuperFounderPro retains all rights to:

• The platform
• Designs
• Algorithms
• Intelligence models
• Score → Map → Moves system
• All reports, maps, and templates
• Branding and UI elements

You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce proprietary content without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Non-payment
• Security concerns
• Legal obligations

You may delete your account at any time.

7. Third-Party Integrations

SuperFounderPro integrates with third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, Google APIs, YouTube). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperFounderPro is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability

• Reliability
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
